Acceptance of terms

  • Using the site means accepting these terms and any event-specific rules that are published.
  • If you do not agree, you should not use the site or complete registrations.

Account and registration data

  • We may collect name, email address, and profile data such as phone number.
  • For registrations and participant management we may store participant name, branch or category, distance, bib number, chip number, registration status, and activation codes.
  • We may also keep information needed to manage account access and security.

Event participation and results

  • We use registration data to manage events, validate registrations, and show related information in the dashboard.
  • Some event and results data may be public, including names, bib numbers, categories, and times.
  • Announcements, images, and event galleries are also part of the content managed on the platform.

Uploaded files and event media

  • Authorized staff may upload main images, galleries, and announcement PDFs for each event.
  • We use those files to present the event, publish the announcement, and enrich the public event pages.

How we use the data

  • The information is used to create and manage accounts, process registrations, share event updates, and publish results.
  • It may also be shared with service providers and other third parties that help operate the platform, and used for analytics, promotional communications, and personalized marketing where applicable.
  • It may also be used for account security and service maintenance.

User responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password and credentials secure.
  • If you register someone else or upload content, you must have permission to do so.
  • Do not use the site for unlawful activity or upload content you do not have the right to publish.
